Visitor parking spaces may only be used in 24-hour increments. Please read the newest parking resolution for details. The Board will place tickets on vehicles noting the date and time that they were seen in the visitor space. If the ticketed vehicle is still in that space after 24 hours, the vehicle is subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Parking is at a premium in our community, and the scant visitor parking we have is to be utilized by visitors to the community- not to be used as a permanent parking space.
The Board passed this resolution in response to the large number of homeowners who have voiced concern about the lack of parking and the lack of visitor space turnover.
Our HOA dues for 2023 are $275.00 a quarter. You will receive a quarterly billed mailed to your address on record (we will default to the property address unless otherwise specified).
Our financial management company is Gates Hudson and they have several electronic payment options for dues. Please visit: portal.ghacm.com to create or log into your homeowner's account.
